Order Types

Each item is sold via a different avenue. Listed here are the most common ones.
You will find each in the Discord channel of the same name/it will be labeled in the caption.Group Orders (GO)
Group orders have each item listed individually by character/unit. In some cases, there will be a limit to how many I can buy, but in others, there may be no limit as the items are completely made to order. Whether or not there is an order cap will always be listed in the respective form.
Occasionally, certain characters will sell out before my order period ends. In this case, I’ll send you a refund. I have had cases where offline Chinese goods were sold out at the store, but the proxy buyer was able to preorder for their second release a couple months in the future. I’ll alert you personally if the character you ordered got delayed in this manner.
Group orders will always require you to fill out a Google form. You can find the link in the group orders channel or DM me to request it.
Payment will be due upon submission of your the Google form. If you want to submit the form before sending payment, please DM me in advance so I can be aware of it.Box Splits
These items are sold in boxes containing a specific set of options. This will always operate on a first come, first serve bases. Usually, I will announce a time for when a box will go up to allow for everyone to plan accordingly. Whether or not I buy the box at all will depend on how much of it is claimed
Due to some characters having a higher demand than others, in larger boxes I may employ the red/blue system instead of character tax, which requires one to claim one less popular character fir every high demand one (ie claiming a Mitsuru in order to get Mika). This helps facilitate the box’s completion.
Once again, if applicable, this will be stated in advance.
Box splits are always initially hosted on my Discord server. Leftovers from box splits will usually be posted on Twitter/Instagram.

Exclusive to Chinese goods, select boxes require you to purchase a certain number of an item for the ability to order them in a set of unique variants (usually 8, 10, or 12). The only catch is that you can’t have multiple of the same character in one box. For example, if two people want Kaoru, the first person to ask will be put in box 1, and the second person will be put in box 2. In some cases, there will be multiple variants of the same character available in a set. In this case, I’ll label each variant with a number (Kanata 1, Kanata 2, etc). I am open to ordering as many boxes as I can possibly fill, so please feel free to message me with all of the characters you’d like.
Select boxes will require you to DM me to claim.
Payment will be requested by me once I have purchased the box; if you don’t receive a payment request for a select box item you claimed, your box didn’t go through.Bulk Orders
Bulk orders can be box splits or select boxes, but I mostly only do them for CN select box badges. The standard amount is $45 USD for 12 badges—these can be of one character or two character split 6 and 6. This will not change unless the price of CN badges goes up. I recommend this option if you plan on making an itabag.
For standard 63mm circulat CN badges, 20-24 can fit an A4 bag and 48-56 can fit an A3 bag, depending on how you space them.Bulk orders will require you to DM me to claim.
Payment will be requested by me once I have purchased the box; if you don’t receive a payment request for a bulk claim, your box didn’t go through.Random Pull Orders
I rarely do these orders unless it’s an item I’m seeking several duplicates of. The best example of this is PA shots/pashas: each box comes with 30 random characters out of 49 possible ones, so you there is a chance of me pulling your choice but it isn’t guaranteed. To reserve your spot, you’ll have to pay for one item, and if I do receive it, I will send it to you. If not, I’ll give you priority pick on what I do pull or offer a refund/store credit.
Random pull orders will require you to DM me to claim.Gacha Pull
Gacha pulls are exclusive to CN items and are nearly always flat items. I’ll usually pull 30 and put what I do get up for sale. For high demand items, I’ll allow people to queue for their choice, so if I pull yours I’ll DM you. I’ll then post the leftovers in the gacha pull channel.
Gacha pull orders will require you do DM me to claim.

Payment Methods and Pricing

I take PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and Cashapp.
I prefer PayPal and Venmo. Please send via friends and family or DM me first to calculate fees.
All usernames can be found in the payment method channel on Discord/will be provided upon payment request.
Whether or not shipping from Asia is included in the price of each item will always be listed in the initial post. This is further covered in the shipping section.
Initial pricing accounts for the item cost, packaging materials, sales tax, and general labor. Additional feels are proportionate to the initial price of the item.Payment Plans
I am open to discussing payment plans for bulk orders over $200 USD. Usually, I’ll do it over 4 payments, so $50 every 2 weeks.Deferred/Missing Payments
If you are waiting on a paycheck or something of that nature, I’m more than happy to wait until you get paid, just please let me know in advance so I know not to cancel your order. I will only decline this if your order is very large and you don’t have a history of consistently paying when you can.
I am also open to payment plans (half one week, half net time you get paid for example), so feel free to DM me if that's something you'd be interested in.
Once a form closes, I will double check that I have received payments from everybody from the method you list in the form. I’ll send you a DM if I can’t locate your payment; in some instances, PayPal can just be glitchy and not show me yours when I search it, so just show me it went through on your end.
If I DM you about a missing payment and receive no response within a week, I’ll triple check your payment method, but will ultimately cancel your order if I don’t have it.

Shipping

Shipping Costs from Asia
Whether or not you are responsible for international shipping costs will always be listed in an item’s respective form/post. International shipping is always charged by item, not by person; if you buy 5 items, you will be responsible for 5 portions of the international shipping cost.
More people participating in an order means your portion of international shipping will be reduced.
Due to the situation with the current US government, tariffs are still up in the air. These will be factored into international shipping costs.
Shipping from Asia will be charged once I’m aware of the full price. In the case of a time crunch, I’ll charge it alongside domestic shipping.
Paper goods will always have international shipping included.Shipping Costs from Me to You
The base shipping cost within the United States is $4.50 USD. This can increase based on package size; in this case I’ll alert you beforehand.
I use USPS; simply input the number I send you here to see tracking updates.
Please keep in mind that the base price can increase at any time. I will keep updated in the case that it does.
I go to the post office 1-2x a week and usually will announce the next day I do in the updates channel.International Shipping
I am willing to ship anywhere in the world as long as you are willing to pay for it. The minimum shipping price is currently $17 USD, which can increase based on your location as well as package size. The highest I’ve seen it go so far is around $35 USD to Brazil.
I use USPS or FedEx, usually going with the less expensive option. If you have a preference, let me know! FedEx is faster.
In order to check the base price for your country, I can check using your address.Paper Items
Any paper/flat items you order will be held until your next non-flat order to be bundled with it. Occasionally, there may be exceptions if said order is a plush that could damage a paper item in transit.
If you wish to have it shipped to you earlier, feel free to DM me. You can see what I have on the mastersheet.
Flat items can be held indefinitely since they barely take up any space.
Shipping for them within the US is free via untracked letter; any other country is an extra $1. I can discuss tracked methods if you are interested.Processing Times
Nearly all of the items I offer are preorders that will release several months ahead. I have no control over when items release and there is always a possibility for delays in manufacturing, which I will update to the best of my abilities.
The dates listed in the mastersheet are the ones listed on the item pages themselves. However, this does not account for the time it takes for each seller to ship the items to the warehouse as well as how long it takes to get from Asia to me. In most cases, I’ll wait for multiple orders to reach the warehouse so that the shipping can be as minimized as possible per item.
Shipping to me usually takes about 1-2.5 weeks. Once a box is on its way to me, I have no way of speeding up the process.
Once items are on hand, I’ll mark them as such on the mastersheet. I ususally go from largest to smallest orders, with flat-item only orders being last. I am the only person in charge of every single order and have personal matters to attend to, so your patience is appreciated, but I do my best to get everyone’s order out accurately and as soon as possible.
If for whatever reason you would like to rush your order, please message me and I’ll see what I can do.Missing Items and Refunds
Unless it is an address error, I am not responsible for any lost/stolen packages.
Due to orders going through multiple hands (seller, proxies, myself) as well as human error, there is always a small possibility of items being missing from orders. If I receive it and an item is missing from the box, I’ll either get a replacement if possible or refund you/offer store credit.
In the case of your order going missing in transit from me to you/a package being stolen, there is unfortunately nothing I can do on my end, especially if it happens in another country. Please refer to the USPS help site or the shipping service it gets forwarded to in your country.
If you need information about package contents/dimensions, I would be happy to provide it.

FAQ

Item Holds
Due to limited space, priority for holds will go to customers outside of the US so they can save on international costs. If you request it, I may be able to hold onto a couple small items (such badges or keychains), but will be less lenient with items that take up more storage space (plushes, clothing, bulk badges and other large orders).
Flat items can be held indefinitely as they don’t occupy much storage at all.
I will be moving in May-June of this year, so all holds will be closed after the March releases come in.Abandoned Items
If you no longer want a preordered item that I have already purchased, I can put it up for grabs in the server for somebody else to pick up and pay you directly. If you no longer even want a refund and just want to abandon your items entirely, that’s fine, just let me know rather than ignoring my messages. Once items arrive, I’ll send you a shipping request. If you do not respond to said request, I will put your items up for sale after a month with no answer. If you no longer want items that I have received, I can refund the item cost only as the shipping from Asia will be completed.

I’ve been collecting Ensemble Stars merch since 2017, doing online retail since 2018, and formal group orders since 2022, with over 1,000 succesful orders sent out since then.
Given that I enjoy collecting duplicates, making repeat bags, and getting my hands on every single Tsumugi possible, I figured that hosting these orders would work in my favor and help make merch more accessible for people who don’t necessarily want to deal with full-price international shipping every month.
